VI. Guild War Procedures

Read and Use Guildchat
For guild wars, we require a great deal of communication in guildchat. As a result, we ask that members take social talk and other discussions to Discord if it may interfere with the guild war-related talk. If at any time a guild champion has reservations about an opponent, we want them to speak up in guildchat, not Private Messages, and raise the issues for help/advice/guidance.

It is YOUR responsility to check if you have a signet
All guild members are required to check the Guild War section of the game Monday thru Saturday to see if they have attacks and to see if they have been assigned a signet. It is YOUR responsibility to check, we often do not message you to tell you. This most often occurs when we get late notice that someone is going to miss the next day.

Report the Outcome
Let us know in guildchat the outcome of your attacks. We "report" by using a simple report like Baseball:
"2/2" means 2 wins and 2 attacks.
"0/2" tells us that you made both your attacks and lost both of them.
"1/1" tells us that you have won 1 battle and have only fought one.
Whenever you lose a battle, STOP, do not attack your next target (if you have another target), say something in guildchat, and tell us where you lost.

This is not a "Login, do your attacks quickly, log off" type of guild
In our progression guilds, our expectations are that every guild champion takes every fight seriously, fights on manual mode when applicable, studies their opponent, and tests in either guild battles or the arena or both. If you don't take the primary object of the game, guild wars, seriously... We won't take you seriously either.

*Losing a fight while on Auto Mode is an offense which may result in stripping of signet.
